In order to show your organization, attendees, or the public the impact you made through green decisions, some kind of post-event report can reinforce your decision and encourage the duplication or enhancement of efforts in the future. This will create the opportunity to send out a press release for some positive publicity.

This is also an opportunity for in-house assessment. What worked well? How could you improve for future events? How can you increase your impact? How can you decrease your budget?
