There are several options for participating as a booth at the Earth Day Festival. Please review carefully to make sure you are filling out the right form. NOTE: We will not be accepting mail-in registrations this year; however you are still welcome to pay by check via mail. Mail all correspondence/payment to: 1641 Washington Ave. St. Louis, MO 63103. Vendor/exhibitor registration includes: businesses, non-profit organizations, and independents who have a product or service to sell or promote. FOOD VENDORS have an alternative application process (see below). Helpful links: Vendor Registration - The registration form is accessible once you have read through the rules and regulations. Booth fees vary based on location and registration date. Great specials for early registration! *New this year! Rent a durable, properly anchored tent for your safety and convenience! Remember the dangerously high winds in 2009? Don't let a damaged or wind-swept tent ruin your Festival experience. Let us provide you with a professionally installed tent...ready when you arrive! (Check the tent rental in the "Additional Options") With only a limited number of booth spaces available for food vendors, we have a very selective application process for those who would like to participate in the Earth Day Café. We only accept food vendors who provide a selection of healthy, earth-friendly foods. We encourage local food providers to showcase their sustainable menus at the Earth Day Café. Interested parties should carefully review our criteria before submitting an application. The Food Vendor list will be released in February.
