VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES

NOTE: SPECIAL PRICING INCENTIVES FOR EARLY REGISTRATION! NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 5, 2010. Limited booth space in Neighborhoods; assigned on a first come/first serve basis.

* Independents defined as a "side-line" business not considered one's "day job." 

All Neighborhood Sections -

Non-Profits / Independents* = $100

Commercial Businesses = $300

Covered Muny Walkways (No Tents Allowed)

Non-Profits / Independents* = $175

Commercial Businesses = $350

Food Vendors (by application approval only)

Non-Profits = $150

Commercial = $275

PLUS 10% of gross sales collected at event close.

Submission Deadline = March 1 (or until spaces are full)

Early Registration Discount (15%) -

Non-Profits / Independents* = -$15

Commercial Businesses = -$45

Late Registration Fee (25%)

Environmental Education Activity Opportunities -

Discounted Booth Fee for Accepted Environmental Education Activity (and the hosting organization).
